Health Conscious

Wholesome

Switching to a whole-foods plant-based diet is one of the most powerful steps you can take to improve your health, boost energy levels, and prevent chronic disease. Whole foods are foods that are not heavily processed, containing unrefined or minimally-refined ingredients. Plant-based foods are derived from plants and offer complete nutrition with all the necessary vitamins, minerals, fats, proteins and higher fiber carbs.

Vegan food overlaps with plant-based and has no ingredients derived from animals. Research has shown that a whole-foods, plant-based diet helps with disease prevention, reducing the risk of developing coronary heart disease, cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, and can even reverse heart disease and type-2 diabetes.
